One round of Sun Salutation consists of twelve steps. Every round starts with one leg and the next consective round is started with the next alternative leg.
To complete one full cycle, one needs to do two rounds. To overall better health, it is suggested to start with 6 cycles.
If you feel dizzly or feel extemely tiredness - it is strongly suggested that you STOP!.
Remember !!! - Yoga is not an exercise in which you over-strain your body. It is ok to push but TRY to REMEMBER the difference between STAINING and Exercising!!!
